Confirmation of student status
Student status requires confirmation (a special document / letter signed by the Director of the Institute, Head of the Department, etc. or a copy of the valid student identity card). The confirmation document should be sent to: post@ruralis.no as soon as possible. If confirmation hasn’t been received by the time the congress starts, the fee difference will be charged upon registration at the congress venue.

The registration fee includes the costs for congress activities, lunch and coffee/ refreshments during breaks, the welcome reception, conference dinner and the conference programme. The cost of excursions will be in addition, and partly paid for by participants.
- All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). Currency converter.
- Early bird registration fee will be accepted only if it is received before April 15, 2019. After this date only the late registration fee will be accepted.
- Reduced registration fee is given to the full-time students and members of non-OECD countries.

- ESRS member fee is for ESRS members only (the membership number must be provided).
